Issue description:
The “Max item count” setting is not checked when a Smart Playlist is set to the Home Screen. If the playlist’s filter allows more items to be found beyond the max, those extra items will still display on the Home Page.

Note position of 10th track “Pure Love Ingot” - 10 additional items are shown on Home Page.
Additional note: this applies to other Media Styles as well. I showed Lists since that is the default for Track-based playlists. A 3x4 Album grid will show 12 albums from a 10-max playlist, if the filter allows more to be found.
Reproduction steps:
Create a Smart Playlist with any filter that results in a large number of tracks (e.g. “Title > is present”), then set the “Max item count” to something small like “5”.
Add this Smart Playlist to the Home Screen. The default item count for Lists is “9”. Note that “9” items show from your “5” item playlist.
