Issue description
This is not a bug report, more making sure that my understanding is correct.
I am using the Grouping tag to show which box set an album came from, and I have one tag which is: “Art Brut - Vol. 1: And Yes, This Is My Singing Voice! New Cross and Beyond, 2003-2008”
The same tag is visible in Navidrome with no changes
On Symfonium, if you look at one of the tracks in Details, then it displays the full Grouping value verbatim.
However, in Symfonium going to: Library > Album Grouping, it appears to be split out into:
“2003-2008”
“Art Brut - Vol 1: And Yes”
“This Is My Singing Voice! New Cross and Beyond”
Therefore my questions are:
Is this expected behaviour?
Are there any escape characters I can use to keep this as one tag?

Steps to reproduce
- Add a Grouping tag which contains commas to an album
- Sync to Symfonium
- See multiple Grouping values under Album Grouping for that single tag
