Feature description:
I’d like to add the “Horizontal / Landscape Background” grids as options for app views such as
Genres
Moods
Languages
(So on & so forth)
Problem solved:
Besides the list option the options for genre mood & the like are squared grids. I think adding the horizontal grid & landscape background as grid options in these views could display much more information at once & save us some scrolling as it utilizes the screen real estate differently.
Brought benefits:
The landscape background option would look very nice when applied to the genres view.
Users could see more genres, moods or languages etc. at one time in a clean grid view just as you can with the shortcuts & landscape background options available on the home page
Other application solutions:
Screenshot 1 is another app that does something similar although the horizontal grid in Symfonium is a bit smaller & much nicer to look at.
The gist here though is things like genres are listed in non square grids & thereby allowing more content to be seen at once
