Google Cast Connection Fails To Reconnect

Issue description:

Hello,

I would like to report a bug I consistently encounter in Symfonium on Android regarding Google Cast connections.

Steps to Reproduce:
Connect to a network player using Google Cast in Symfonium.

Disconnect by switching the source back to local playback.

Attempt to reconnect to network player via Google Cast again.

Expected Behavior:
The app should successfully establish the connection to the network player again via Google Cast.

Actual Behavior:
After the initial connection and disconnection, attempting to reconnect results in the Google Cast icon showing an exclamation mark. The connection never establishes, and the app effectively hangs in this state. The only way to restore functionality is to completely close the app through the Android app details menu. After fully closing the app, a new Google Cast connection can be established—but only once. Repeating the disconnect and reconnect cycle causes the same issue.

Notes:
This bug only occurs if there has already been an active Google Cast session in the current app instance.

Switching back to local playback works correctly.

Reconnecting fails repeatedly until the app is fully closed.

I have already uploaded the debug logs following the provided steps for reporting issues.

This appears to be a session-handling issue with Google Cast connections. I hope this information helps in reproducing and fixing the bug.

Thank you for your attention, and I appreciate your work on this app!

Best regards,

Oh, I see. Thank you for the quick response. Is there any way to sign up for the beta, or would I have to wait for the next stable release?

I have just updated to the latest version. As you mentioned, the issue has been resolved. I am pleased, thank you .
