From the logs only 21 artists have no thumbnails.
If the change local thumbnail shows (random) it means that it had already ran.
My guess would be that you made and restored a backup but did not backup and restore the local thumbnail.
To recover you can use the API Symfonium API (Allow control from other apps like tasker)
