Force album or library re-scan

Feature description:

There should be an option to actually force an album or a full library rescan, ignoring whatever parameters the app has for “this doesn’t need to be rescanned”.

Problem solved:

Had a problem with cue files last version where everything was parsed, but the timing of the songs were wrong.
This was fixed on the new update, however, triggering a rescan didn’t solve it because the app interpreted them as okay / already parsed. Solved by wiping data.

Brought benefits:

less headache when important fixes get released

There’s the clear tag cache for that in the provider settings. Since neither the cue file or the file are changed the data is cached. To force a scan you clear the cache.
