Favorites icon not updating, can't unfavorite track

Issue description:

I favorited a song from the notification dropdown, but the icon didn’t update. I went into the app and the icon didn’t update in the now playing page, but in the 3 dot menu it has an option to “remove from favorites”, and the song is in my favorites smart playlist. When I select “remove from favorites”, the song is still in the smart playlist, and if I open the three dot menu it still says “remove from favorites”

Searched “favorite” when I looked for duplicates, should’ve searched “like” too. Here’s the issue this duplicates: Pressing like button doesn't switch button to filled state
