I shuffled favorited tracks, and in the up next list, only some of them show the favorite icon

Your log does not reproduce this at all.
But in all cases, the now playing queue does not always have fully updated data as it’s loaded on demand to allow very large queues.
Hmm, when I collected the log I enabled debug mode, went to the now playing screen and then the queue, selected the three dots on one of the ones that was missing the heart and confirmed it was a favorite, and then went back to the log page and submitted
Yes so all the queue was already loaded so there was nothing to see about the issue 
Huh, and when I went back into the app today the list was fully populated with the heart
How did you start the playback exactly the first time ?
I went to my smart playlist with all my favorite songs and hit shuffle
