I’ve been having this issue since I started using symfonium in 2023, but just realized that people are able to sync their playlists without issue.
I host a navidrome server ver 0.54.5. It’s hosted in a docker container on unraid
Got the latest symfonium version.
I’m able to download playlists from the server, but not sync them back.

From another issue this is your proxy that modify Symfonium requests by changing the content type usually.
Then Navidrome fails to parse the query, one of the reasons I wanted an OS extension for the http post and yet still have issues with some servers.
I tried both local and external configs, I’m 99% sure the local one isn’t using any proxies
Ok found your logs you did not put a description.
Navidrome does not recognize the id of the playlist, so you probably created the playlist on navidrome imported it, deleted on Navidrome then recreated, but the id is now different.
Remove the playlist from Symfonium and import it again.
