Existing paid license not recognized on new tablet

App version

Production

Issue description

Symfonium shows Your free trial has expired on my Galaxy Tab A8, even though I have an existing paid license - Ko-fi or PayPro, not Google Play - that has been active and working on my phone for over a year. Expected the existing license to be recognized on this new device instead of showing a trial.

Confirmed network connectivity is fine, no VPN/DNS filtering. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app fresh the previous trial expiry date September 7 2026 persisted across the reinstall, so the trial identity is tied to the device, not app data.

Uploaded fresh debug logs via Settings Advanced Share logs with support, under identifier ras-tablet-0605D4F3. Device ID REDACTED. Could you please link this device to my existing license.

Those are single-device licenses, which is why your second device is not activated.

Go to docs.symfonium.app and look at FAQ → License

The above page will have details for transferring your license from one device to the other. If you want the app to work on both, I believe you’ll need a second license.
