Emby does not Sync in a Redmi Smartphone

Issue description:

i tried to sync with my emby or jellyffin server on a Redmi smarthphone, it detects the music folder but does not sync any music, i tried with Navidrome and syncs fine, tryed with other smarphones and embys syncs fine, help

I use nginx proxy manager to expose the Docker image in My trueNAS scale server, inuse cloudflare, also use a paid domain
I have other phones and syncs without problems with jellyfin
 

Reproduction steps:

 
Step 1. Add the media server trough settings
Step 2. I wait and then press the sync button
After 3-4 seconds the sync stops and no Music is added to symfonium

Your server does not return any library or data for the account you use.

Check the account you use and the server configuration.

Hi, it was the account configuración, parental protección against uncategorized music files, turns out none of My music files has metadata for age so all of them where uncategorized parental control, blocking all files, thanks for the support, this ticket is resolved
