Issue description:
After restoring a backup with playlists, I end up with duplicate playlists.

Reproduction steps:
- Restore a backup that doesn’t have playlists (the process will fire sync and import playlists from the local device)
- Go to Playlists and you will see one new playlist imported. In my case, the playlist is called “Best R&B 70s”
- Create a new backup, include playlists
- Delete the local device provider to clear all data
- Restore the backup including media providers (local device) and playlists
RESULT
Go to Playlists and you will see two playlists with the same name and tracks (screenshot attached)
I suppose what happens is: the playlist is restored from the backup and then the sync process (that is fired automatically) creates another playlist from the local device with the same name.
EXPECTED RESULT
You should see only one playlist with the same name
