Issue description:
I somehow managed to generate a duplicate of the built-in “Symfonium” color theme. Since this is not an imported theme, it cannot be deleted and I am thus stuck with two.
It’s just a small nuisance but I wanted to share my data on this in case others encounter it.

Wasn’t sure what to capture for the bug report, so lmk if there is more I can add. More importantly, I am attaching an app backup containing just my “settings” config. Restoring this backup will restore the duplicate color themes. Restoring any backup which does not contain this bug will return to the (presumably normal) theme assortment saved in the backup.
Sadly, I do not have a backup of my settings without this bug included and the only way I can clear this is via a fresh install.

That said, I am fairly certain it occured as I was messing about with saving/loading app profiles. Loading the profile wasn’t changing my color theme or something, so I was repeatedly swapping/deleting profiles and themes.
