.DTS.WAV files play static only

Issue description

I have been trying to play .dts.wav files from my navidrome server to my phone.

However, only the undecoded sound is output (e.g. static)

From what i can gather, this issue was supposed to be fixed some years ago, but it seems that even the latest production version has issues with it. I can provide file samples if needed.

Ok, now files play. Although, i can’t skip around into a track, is this expected behavior?

I have long, single track ambient albums in this format and not being able to quickly go to a part of the song is kinda annoying.

Haha.

I did some more tests, and seems like it does manage to skip around sometimes, it just takes a looong while / completely mess up the output / just skips the track outright.
