Downloaded music fails to load

Issue description:

When playing a playlist I have downloaded to offline cache from Plex, after a couple tracks are played, then the next track will fail to load a few times before the app then skips and tries the next track. This also occurs on individual albums I have downloaded as well. I have submitted logs with my username to help.

Reproduction steps:

 
Download an album or playlist to offline cache. Sometimes tracks are unplayable.

In those logs you always play from the server, not from the offline cache as they are not cached.

Hmm, that is a bit confusing for me. I have downloaded the playlist for offline using the Add to Permanent Cache button. Did I do something wrong?

I can only see what’s in the logs so can’t know what you did exactly.

You can see the offline cached files in the settings, you can enable offline status as additional song info too.
