Hi, two related requests here, both would be ideal. If you’d like me to separate them I will, but they come from the same thought process.
I think it’s strange that when you come across a song in, for example, the all tracks list, there is no indication of the name of the album either on the three dots track menu, or the details sheet. The only way to see the album is to click the ‘Go to album’ button. It’s not a big deal but strikes me as surprising and a gap in the UX.
There are two places I think it could be inserted logically and smartly:
The ‘Go to album’ button on the three dots menu could be replaced with ‘Go to [insert album name here]’, the same way the 'Go to [artist name]’ buttons work.
On the ‘details’ sheet (accessed by pressing ‘details’ on the three dots song menu), the album name could be listed along with all the other tags - is there any reason it isn’t?
For what it’s worth, I’m using Local Media.
I’ve searched to try and find a duplicate as I thought that surely this must have come up before, but I wasn’t able to find one, apologies if I’ve missed it.
