Date added showing too many digits

Issue description

Hi, the “date added” on album pages is now showing a surprising level of precision: “2026-09-05 17:45:06.601476618”. This level of details is shown for recently added items, as well as older items. Last played is ok. Noticed yesterday on Pixel 9 / Android 17 / Symfonium 15.0.1 (127798).

To correct: on another album, last played shows the same behaviour. In track details for a track of the same album, both fields also show extra digits
