Feature description:
I would like to be able to display Duration on the Album/Artist page in different formats than the current “HH:MM:SS” layout. Any chance that you’ll add support for displaying the individual HH, MM, and SS components?
Problem solved:
Currently, duration can only be displayed a single way. (At least, without making a zillion cases.)
Brought benefits:
More user customization
Ability to hide components when not very useful. (If I have <10hrs of music for a given artist, do I really need the overview page to show the length down to the second?)
Other application solutions:
This is the rare occasion where I want to copy from another player…
YT Music (see screenshots) breaks up the time components with “minutes” or “seconds” labels, and hides the seconds when duration approaches an hour.
Additional description and context:
Both pics cropped from YT Music website. The extra labels help to fill out the line a bit more IMO, and I like not seeing seconds for long plays.
