Hi i opened my firewall for navidrome port and shut windows firewall but I can’t connect from symfonium app over the internet. There something else I need to configure ?

You need to know your external IP and should probably actually add a firewall or a proxy or something to secure your setup.
As soon as you are able to access navidrome from your browser over the internet on your phone then Symfonium will work with the same urls.
Actual network configuration is way out of scope of the support I can provide.
