Issue description:
I noticed that even after turning off the “Swipe to Skip” option in settings, the compact player still allows skipping songs when swiped. I would prefer this behavior to be completely disabled. I am on the latest version of the app.

I tried toggle the setting, restart the app but it still persists.
Reproduction steps:
I open the app, go to a specific album, and play a song. When I go back and try to skip the song from the compact player using the swipe gesture, it still skips. This should not happen since the swipe to skip option is turned off in settings.
