Compact Mini Player Button Optimization

Feature description:

I would like more control over the layout and button visibility in the minimized or compact “Now Playing” view (the mini player at the bottom or floating overlay).

Problem solved:

On smaller screens or in compact mode, the current layout includes too many buttons (Favorite, Previous, Play/Pause, Next, Repeat), which can cause essential controls like Next to be pushed off-screen or become partially hidden. This impacts usability, especially when quickly navigating between tracks.

Brought benefits:

Improving the layout by prioritizing essential playback buttons (Previous, Play/Pause, Next, and optionally Repeat) would enhance accessibility and reduce visual clutter. It would also ensure better compatibility with various screen sizes.

Additional description and context:

My suggestion is to either:

Automatically hide less-used buttons like Favorite in the minimized player view to save space.

Or allow users to customize which buttons are shown when the player is in compact or minimized mode.

This would ensure that critical buttons like “Next” remain visible and accessible, even on smaller displays.

Thanks a lot Tolriq, I’ll be checking every section of the wiki to keep up to date with the player’s features.
