Change language to proper US English

Issue description:

I tried to change the app language to US English for both Symfonium and also Yatse and I still see “Favourites” spelled the British way :grinning:
Can you please correct the “translation”? I can contribute the “Favorite” string :sweat_smile:

The never ending discussion about US/UK for like 2 words :slight_smile:
Translations takes place so I do not want to have both for just 2 different words, and well UK existed before US :stuck_out_tongue:

With that said, seems India also prefers the US variant so from a pure number of users perspective makes sense to use the US version.
