Casting to Samsung soundbar skipping songs

Issue description:

  1. Connect to Samsung soundbar though Symfonium as Chromecast device.
  2. Playing source marked as advertisement so PanoScrubber app does not track it.
  3. Some songs will play fully, other songs will play partially and then skip to the next song.

No issue when connected to other Chromecast devices in house or car.
Stopped debug after the 2 last songs skipped.

If song skip after start then it’s between the device and the server. Check Emby logs for the issue.

You can try to enable proxy mode for the renderer in Symfonium to workaround.

Emby logs just says I have ended playback.

While in the emby app, I tested and learned that it will connect to the soundbar but will not fully establish the connection.

Tried the same thing with plexamp and it connected perfectly.

PlexAmp cast from Emby ? :wink:

Add plex in Symfonium and test it will work too if PlexAmp works.
