Can't view songs that aren't downloaded while on mobile data

Issue description

I can’t view any undownloaded songs while I’m on mobile data. I tried everything from checking settings to restarting my phone. Nothing will work. I don’t have a big issue with data limits while on mobile data, I often could use 10x the amount I normally use and still have tons left.

Do you have a global filter set up? That’s what usually causes this for me. Look for the “funnel” icon on the home screen.
