Can't restore Purchased Licence (via KF)

Issue description:

Not sure if this will be publicly posted.
I just uploaded a logfile.

I purchased a licence via KF. But it is no longer working and restore no longer works. The device can’t be reformatted, it’s a Tivo 4K. I can’t see how the ID was reset

The ID is indeed missing you need to uninstall / reinstall.

Thanks mate, that was it. I tried the restore option before contacting. I’ll keep it in mind if it happens again. Might have been updated, the Tivo runs on a very old version of Android now!
