Can't find the library choice for automatic offline caching

Issue description:

Hi!
This is likely user error, but I’ve added my Navidrome server to the app, and I can navigate it easily. Now, I’m trying to turn on library wide caching, but it seems to grab everything all at once. I saw in the documentation that there should be another field where I can choose specific libraries, is there an additional setting I need to turn on for that?

Reproduction steps:

 
Add a Navidrome (subsonic?) server. in the server settings turn on automatic media offline cache. Hit update and go back to the page, you should see no library selection tab.

Yeah it’s missing in current version will add back. You can create a smart playlist filtered on the libraries and enable auto cache on it.
