From the logs I’d say your provider is Softbank and in the logs your phone can’t connect to your external IP.

Seems plex.tv returns a port 32401 for your Plex server, maybe that’s the reason you don’t use that port and did not indicate the proper one in Plex settings ?

(The ip Plex says start with 126.169.XXXXXX)

Thank you for your quick reply.
I have changed my IP setting on my Symfonium app and I uploaded my log again. However, it is still offline. To add, if I kill the Symfonium app, its IP setting will be reset.

The real question is can you open plex in a browser when on mobile with the ip and port ?

PlexTV says the port is 32401 why? Did you change it in Plex settings ?

Your issue is about accessing the server from outside.

Thank you. I tried to open plex with my phone by chrome without Wi-Fi and can play server’s music. Yes, I changed the Port to 32401 from the default 32400 in Plex setting. To add, I can play server’s music from Plex amp without Wi-FI network.

Then provide logs by removing the provider and add it without using plex.tv but just the external IP.

I sent you logs. It says unable to connect.

And as you can see your device does not allow Symfonium to connect to that IP and port something refuse the connection.

Thank you.
Could you delete the log file because my external IP is listed?

Sorry only redacted the first I missed the second :frowning:

Thank you.

Currently, I don’t know how to rearrange my network.
Please close this thread.

I appriciate your prompt reply.

I am very sorry, but I checked my router setting and found that the port forwarding setting is incorrect. It is fixed now.
As you mentioned, my network side problem at all…
