Cannot connect to plex server while on same local network

Issue description:

I have a plex server running on my local network but it’s plugged into the ISP router that acts as a passthrough for wifi router that my phone is connected to. When I try to add plex as a media provider it stalls at the “Checking Server Status” step and then times out. However, it works perfectly fine if I disconnect from the wifi and use cell service.

Your router probable does not support CGNAT, in the logs the app can’t reach the server on any advertised IP.
