Cannot connect to Navidrome server over Ethernet (debug logs uploaded)

Issue description:

Subsonic music server is a Navidrome installation. Connection to music server can be verified in Chrome. The connection is via Ethernet, with Wifi and Mobile data disabled. DNS is public (navidrome.ma0.me), but IP can only be accessed by devices logged into my Tailscale network (which this device is). When ethernet cable is unplugged and Wifi enabled and connected, the connection immediately works normally.

I’ve uploaded the debug logs under my username (mattalxndr), which records a click on the media source’s “Offline” button in the Filters menu, which should turn it back to a “Sync” button (which is doesn’t).

By the way, how can I read these debug logs myself? I might be able to avoid posting support tickets if I could handle obvious errors myself, but I need to read errors for that.

EDIT: I also disabled the “Wifi Only” checkbox for the media provider, but didn’t fix the problem that way.

But I do no see any errors in the logs, so you’ll need to better describe your issue and what is happening.
