Broadcast play queue to external apps

Feature description:

Some apps like widgets, Kustom and others require music player to make available the queue data to display next songs information, many players already work that way but not Symfonium.

Problem solved:

Give the ability to show play queue data from other apps like KWGT and KLWP.

Brought benefits:

Yes the queue is only exposed when connected to AA or BT for performance reasons.

I’ll see if I can add an option to always expose it.
