Feature description
Something that tells the user that a song is loading (since the progress bar is based on the track that’s playing, AKA “current track”).
Problem solved
In very rare cases, when the “next track” button is pressed, the next song could take more than 5 seconds to play (Slow network connection). This makes it a bit strange from the user side, since the screen doesn’t actually display what’s playing.
Instead what you get is the “next track” displayed but with the progress bar still looking at the “current track”.
Brought benefits
This would make the track that’s actually playing always clear for the user (or at least it would make it clear that a new track is loading).
Other application solutions
I may be wrong, but Symfonium used to stop the current track while the new one loaded.
