Bandcamp Subsonic not working

Issue description

I received an email from Bandcamp advising they were enabling Subsonic support, so thought I’d try it. Unfortunately the sync fails. From my uneducated review of the logs, I’m wondering if the problem is Bandcamp returning duration as an FPN rather than integer, but not sure.

Steps to reproduce

Setup Bandcamp subsonic access. Try to sync media server. Sync fails. Tried compatibility mode on and off, both fail.

Yes it’s them on many different things, let’s hope they react and contact me at some point.

I got it working by enabling the following (after turning on Subsonic API access in Bandcamp’s Fan settings):

  • Compatibility mode (Very slow sync)
  • Ignore server transcoding settings

This successfully added the Bandcamp music to Symfonium, but the songs just error out when trying to play them

You have to disable the compatibility mode after the sync is completed.
