Feature description
This would allow playlists that were locked to a provider to be unbounded by the locked provider (Symfonium Side).
This could also come along with a “Fix Provider Playlist”, by making it provider bounded again, but with another Playlist ID (So that the provider wouldn’t refuse to update the playlist on its database)
Problem solved
Provider locked playlists would become normal playlists.
This would allow provider locked playlists that were deleted only on the provider side to be on the provider with a new ID, making it possible to sync the Symfonium playlist to the provider
Brought benefits
Users who delete the playlist on the provider side could fix their mistake automatically, instead of making a new playlist manually and then uploading that to the provider.

Additional description and context
I deleted a playlist on navidrome and found out that I had created the playlist as “provider locked” on Symfonium.
The fix for my mistake could be automatic instead of manual.
Just to be as clear as I can be:
Provider Locked Playlist → Normal Playlist → Provider Locked Playlist (with different ID).
