Automatic Image Cache

Issue description:

Just looking for quick clarification. In the media provider settings there is a warning for automatic image cache that says it will use storage and battery. The storage I get, I’m confused on how it uses more battery. Is that only during the sync process because it is an extra step or will that cause it to use more battery during normal usage throughout the day?

It’s during each syncs, since each time it will have to check all the images for missing ones, on large library this means a lot of disk access and so a lot of battery.
