I bought your app long time ago because it had audio passthrough for my dts and dtshd (flac) files. I dont know again what option i used for it but now in this version i can find it anymore.
Do you still support it and how can i enable it

There was never options for that.
You can try to disable the option prefer internal decoder and eventually enable hi res or offload mode.
Probably one of those settings impacts your device way of outputing the data.
No that did not solve my problem, it used to work maybe its my new media box.
Can u implement it as a new feature…i now have to work with finamp but symfonium is better…i guess a lot of audiphiles will love the feature
Finamp have nothing for passthrough, but since you did not provide logs despite them being mandatory it’s hard to know more what you expect.
You probably meant jellyfin android TV client ?
Or are you casting? Well some necessary details to actually understand your need and what you are trying to achieve.
Ive got a jellyfin server on docker. I use finamp on my android tv box
Its connected to my pioneer receiver,
If i play the file from finamp, its not transcoded but plays fine on my receiver.
They are multi surround audio files…dts or dtshd in flac
If i want to play them on symposium it gives media not supported notification.
I could play them in the version i bought about a year ago
I can enable transcoding but then the files are played stereo not surround
So your issue is not about passthrought it’s about playing the files …
So can you provide the asked logs (Mandatory to open an issue)
I solved the problem, i rebooted de android box and enabled internal encoder, now it plays the flac multi surround, sorry for the trouble…and i can use symfonium again…Jippie…
