Audio add when tuning in radio station

Issue description:

When I tune into an internet radio station (manually edited url), I often get to listen to an add before the stream I want starts. I listen to French speaking stations and the add is in English, so I doubt it is inserted by the station itself. (I am a paying user)

Symfonium does not have ads, does not and can’t insert ad in audio stream either.

Most online radio automatically add ads, since you are casting they probably don’t understand the headers the device sends and fallback to English.
