ArtistInfo folder details not showing

Issue description:

I have the ArtistInfo folder in the root and I followed the outline for the XML code but nothing is showing up in the artist page. Could it be the media provider I’m using?

Logs:

Upload description: I can’t seem to get the details from the ArtistInfo to show up in the artist page.

I’ve moved the ArtistInfo folder to the root and Ive tried placing it into the music folder itself to see if it would work but no luck.
 

Reproduction steps:

 

  1. Wrote .nfo
  2. Placed into ArtistInfo folder in a folder named after the band
  3. Synced

The folder needs to be at the root of the music so if you add My Music in Symfonium the ArtistInfo need to be there and with I not i as Webdav is case sensitive.

Im still not seeing anything. Maybe it’s the provider?

No it’s not, provide new logs with everything correctly set up.

Your music root folder → Music/ArtistInfo/Your Artist/artist.nfo that works for me
Try this: My Music/ArtistInfo/Autopsy/artist.nfo

There is no new log uploaded with your name or that description.
