Is there a way to change the symbol that separates artists? I really don’t wanna go through my songs and manually change them all.
There should be a setting for that when you go into the “Manage media providers”. You pick the provider you want to add or remove those symbols and find where it says “Artists/Album artists tags separators”.
If you’re not using the local provider, then that setting will be on your music server.
@Pika did you not want the artists to appear separated by the semicolon or not separated at all?
In the media provider settings you can toggle artist tag as display artist then that tag will aprsr exactly how you’ve tagged it removing the Delimiters means the artists won’t be individually accessible
I used to use oto and I separated artist using commas. Wanted to know if I could change the symbol that separates artists, but I don’t think it’s an option. The oto app is currently a buggy mess for me rn so I’m using syphonium for now.

You can have your artists separated by commas in Symfonium.
For that you set your artist Delimiter to “,“ or “, “
Symfonium will show a semicolon between multiple artists on the Now Playing Screen by default though so if you want to see your commas from your artist tag then you need to toggle
Artist tag as display artist (on)
With that enabled Symfonium will still know your field has multiple artists but it will display the artist exactly as you’d see if in whataver tagging software you use.
