I have a large jellyfin library with three databases that took a couple of attempts to sync all 88k tracks. It looks like all albums are synchronized but for some artists the album is shown but the artist not. (The album overview indicates the right artist but the artist is missing in the list and the album detail does not show the link to the artist)
I have the same files on my local storage and when I switch to that provider the artist exists. In jellyfin interface the artist is present, too.
In running the latest version from Google store in Android.

Reproduction steps:
Sync with jellyfin and go thorough artist list, some artists are missing.
Update: I switched back from 10.11.6 to jellyfin 10.11.5 and I can confirm, that the missing artist is back in my symfonium artist view. (jellyfin via docker compose, same database as before the downgrade)
But from the Now Playing screen I can not access this particular artist (that was missing before). If I play a song with this and another co-artist, symfonium directly opens the page of the co-artist.
Testing other artists I can say that there is still the “artist choser” where I can select the artist page I want to open.
