Apply mix filters to data returned by Plex in SmartFlow

Feature description:

Can we get a feature to ensure songs with low ratings do not show up in generated playlist?

In particular recognizing that a song has a half star rating from Plex, and thus removing it from the playlist.

Problem solved:

With multiple people having access to the server, there’s plenty of music I actively dislike. Some songs from bands I actually enjoy, are songs I actually dislike.

Brought benefits:

Filters music to each person particular taste especially if rating are used as the filter.

Other application solutions:

Only first party music providers such as Pandora. I have not seen this in a music app similar to Symfonium.

This is already the case.

Ive been going through, and testing. It often places a half stared or single stared song into the playlist. Maybe it’s because I set smartflow to steady vibes. I’m not sure, but maybe that’s relevant. Either way I am 100% certain it still inserts single stared and half stared songs(both).

Smart flow is not generated playlist

And yes this is probably because it’s steady vibe and the queue is generated by Plex, so I assumed it already did the proper things… Seems not.

So I guess the question or feature request would be to filter plexes generated playlist to prevent low rated items from playing. Would a feature like that be possible?

Read the thread title and tag
