Thanks for this, mixing yours and the apple music inspired theme is doing wonders. But how did you get your cover so big? Mine becomes small when the top bar is turned on
I guess you can actually regulate it, you know, those top, bottom and horizontal margins. If you’re okay with the space between the top bar and the bar below the cover, just adjust the horizontal margin and the cover will get bigger.
The smaller horizontal value for album cover is - the bigger cover is gonna be.
Hey I had a weird question. I’m trying to make a music player for fun and I wanted to recreate the Apple music exact full screen player look I don’t know if you own Apple music subscription, but is it possible if you could send a picture of a song playing? That’s the regular album art look playing and then one where the album artist full screen. If it’s an anime artwork that Apple does if possible. I know it’s a weird question thank you ![]()
Congratulations! I’m impressed by the level of customization you’ve achieved. How did you do it?
Will you focus solely on the Apple Music style, or will you also work with other platforms like Tidal or Deezer?
Thanks for sharing this amazing design!
I just used the tools that Tolriq gave us in the app. It’s pretty amazing what he created and greatful for the regular updates that he does (other than promoting stuff related to this app).
I don’t plan working on other themes, cause they probably already exists, but I’ll happy take requests, even if I only have a Apple Music subscription (but I’m sure I’ll be able to get some footage of other players on YouTube).
Thanks for the post and I hope you’ll enjoy this theme!
(It’s pretty easy to copy already existing designs btw, the original ones here on the forum are a little bit nicer, but unfortunately they are mostly only Now Playing Themes)
Pretty bold of you to be so open about creating a competitor to Symfonium xD (obviously joking)
Here’s a quick video of Apple Music, I’ll happily send you whatever you need!
To be more precise, you can look at the changes I made by going into the Interface and looking at the things I changed, just don’t look at the colour section, that’s something even I don’t want to touch. It works in mystical ways (I have used the documentation, which helped me a ton, but it was still a pain to pinpoint every single thing and sometimes circumvent some protections placed by Tolriq)
Thanks, I’d love to help you get the original theme for other guide platforms, like Deezer, Tidal, or Qobuz, since I use them too. While I like having my library downloaded to my device, I’d also like to have a complete theme for each one. It’s amazing what Tolriq offers us with his work for us to enjoy and experience, and I’d like to take full advantage of it. Unfortunately, not everyone knows how to use this theme completely, and on the forum, as you mentioned, there are only themes for the playback screen.
Thank you so much
I’ll let you know how the app’s going but again, thank you so much
Question though, is it also possible if you could show me how Apple does the searching and also what the home screen looks like when you scroll all the way down like what it shows also your library page if possible. Thank you! I’m just trying to get like references of how Apple does things but I’m trying also to make the app like unique
And you really think this is the proper place to gather data for another app?
At some point you may want to stop and do that somewhere else.
I saw the changes you made; I already had some in my theme. In my case, it’s more geared towards the Tidal platform with minor modifications. The key point, and where I see potential for a complete overhaul, is the color palette, which I still don’t fully understand and is a real headache. I’ve already sent a new request to Tolriq asking for permission to modify the size of the artist name, as it’s too small, or at least I don’t like it. It would be fantastic if the shadow over the artist’s cover art could be removed and toggled on or off as desired.
Thanks for your theme; it’s been great.
It’s just a cool thing I’m doing. It’s just my own use. I mean it’s going to look like crap it’ll never look as good as symphonium I’m just learning coding. It’s just a fun little cool thing. I might just trash the idea but I would never leave you. Your app is amazing ![]()
Hi, I’m back from my vacation so I could potentially start building a new theme, since this one is pretty much complete (Gonna probably release the Stable file in the coming weeks).
EDIT: My bad, almost forgot about a few things like the Light Theme and Landscape support)
Since you mentioned Tidal (and Tidal gives a perfect free plan for this purpose), I’ll try to build the Tidal Theme in my free time.
Hello @RoyalGuard Perfect, I’d love to see your project. In fact, based on your Apple Music theme, I’ve been recreating mine with the Tidal theme. It’s not quite finished; I still need to add the white theme, even though Tidal is based solely on a black theme, optimize the horizontal layout, and maybe find a similar font. I’m not sure if I should share it here for someone to finish; perhaps you could do it… I mean small details, like the player section. I’ve seen some people incorporate code into string templates so they look exactly like they do on the streaming platforms. I’ll be watching. Cheers.
I can see the concept… I’ll probably replace the upload button with the playlist one just like you did.
I’ll probably propose a Vertical Gradient from start to end (so basically combining the “from start” and “from end” that exist right now). Without it, it would be impossible to replicate the Now Playing screen.
Other than that, it seems doable (and suprinsigly pretty similar to the Apple Music Theme), probably won’t even try to do a light theme.
I still need to search if you can even do white text on the light theme on Symfonium (for the light theme for Apple Music), so I’ll have some fun bothering Tolriq if no one ever asked for these things. I wanted to wait a bit, at the end of the day we all have a bit of vacation near the new year.
One last thing, this thread has become a bit long, so I’ll probably just nuke the contents of the original post and insert the final version there, so you can post whatever you like if you ask me.
Stable V1
Happy new year and I’m happy to present the stable release of this theme, nothing much, but I’m pretty confident I’m not gonna change much after this (unless you guys tell me otherwise
)
Thank you for the support and I’d like to thank Tolriq for the constant updates that made this theme better.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this. I really, rally love the clean aesthetic of this, and there is zero chance I could have done this even if someone told me how.
Thank you! It’s pretty simple to make, you just need some time to hop in and out of the menus to see if what you made was what you wanted.
My gosh @Tolriq give me the time to tell the man to not ask stuff like that under the post ![]()
I’d suggest you find another method to find what you seek James.
