Allow a filter rule based on user rating for artists

Ability to filter artists based on artist user rating
Brought benefits
My default filters are unrated (no stars and not a favourite), passed ( 2-5 stars), and not failed (not 1 star exactly).
This is really useful showing and hiding what I want to see for albums and tracks but there is no options to create a rule based on user rating for artists.
