Albums with the same name by different artists showing the same artwork

Hi, I just purchased symphonium from the play store, everything looks fine but one thing:

There are some albums that have the same name but are from different artists, for example: I have the ‘Greatests’ album by the Raspberries and I have a ‘Greatests’ by Duran Duran, the problem is Symphonium show them as they were the same album and (in this case) defaults to the Raspberries artwork even if I’m playing the Duran Duran one.

Is there a way to change this and make Symphonium be able to recognize them as separate albums with their own metadata?. Thanks in advance :slight_smile:

PS. The songs are properly tagged.

It depends on your tags and folder structure.

You can also configure how the albums are split in the provider settings.

So either all the files are in the same folder and you don’t use mbids or you have the same mbid for both or you already changed that setting.
