Is it possible to put track artists before composers?:
Also is there an option to underline or put any border around the different sections of the album page?

Currently I don’t think there is a way to do this. For me personally when there are composers tagged there are often too many of them to fit within the track list with my track artists anyways so I’ve opted not to have them listed in the track list.
The good news is there is now an option to add Additional Artists & Composers in their own separate section of the album about page so you can still have easy access to all the composers of an album. This would be my suggestion as you’d be able to place the Additional Artists before the Composers & you’d be able to fully see all the names.
Currently no options for borders but there is a toggle for “About” Title which will add a larger header to the about section which can help visually break up that part of the album page. I think because the main parts of the album page have large visual differences the dev hasn’t opted to add underlines or borders like you see in the home page.
I have the “about” title enabled & the album description + Additional Artists is just below that. These fields look very different from the track list so when I scroll I am not lost. If you would still like some borders though you’ll need to put in a feature request for them.
