Add the ability to change the start and end time of a song

Feature description:

The ability to change a given song’s start and end time in order to only play a certain portion of a song.

Problem solved:

There are certain songs the have non-musical components that make sense in the context of their album but ruin the flow when in shuffle.

Brought benefits:

Cuts beginning and ending portions of songs without having to edit their files manually and creating extra copies. Thus when the song is played it only plays the desired portion.

So it would also need different handling when playing album or not.

Sorry but that sounds way too complicated and specific needs for the burden it would be to maintain that.

My bad for not being clear. Once a start and end time are set it will always start and end at those time regardless if it played in an album, playlist, or on shuffle.
