Add screen orientation toggle to bottom bar icon actions for expanded player

Feature description:

The bottom bar can have arbitrary actions since v12. Add a “toggle screen orientation” action to them to switch between horizontal/vertical.

Problem solved:

There are devices without gyro sensors not supporting automatic landscape mode (e.g. Fiio DAPs). On these devices you have to press “back”, settings, interface, advanced, screen orientation, landscape, back, back, back, expand player to toggle the setting.

Brought benefits:

Having to press just one button in the bottom bar would make that a bit more user friendly.

There’s no changes to the actions in the bars in v12

Anyway Google in it’s infinite wisdom is moving to slowly remove apps ability to force orientation lock inside the apps because why not Android Developers Blog: The future is adaptive: Changes to orientation and resizability APIs in Android 16

So you’d have better long term results with things like tasker and automate to add a tile to force level device orientation.
