Feature description
Please add a dedicated “Create Manual Playlist” button in Library → Playlists. Currently, users can create Smart Playlists or import playlists directly, but creating a regular manual playlist requires first selecting a song and then creating the playlist from there.
Problem solved
Users who want to organize their library in advance cannot create an empty manual playlist directly from the Playlists section. The current workflow is not intuitive and makes playlist creation harder to discover.
