Add Blur behind text on the home screen

Feature description:

I’d like to be able to add a overlay to the text part of the media which are in the Home page.
I’d also like to be able to adjust the blur, and force it light or black (so that a theme change won’t affect the Blur)

Problem solved:

The text “overlayed” on the cover art isn’t readable in certain cases.

Brought benefits:

It would make the text readable.

Other application solutions:

Apple Music uses this to prevent text from being not readable (it only does in cases where it knows it won’t be visible, but I hope Symfonium’s implementation would apply it to every cover art)

There’s overlay, just broken in row mode.

Could we still be able to choose between the gradient and the blur for the overlay?

I’d like to the able to force the type of blur that Apple Music has, no matter if the Theme is Light or Dark. (since the images really don’t change between light and dark mode)

To be more specific, I’d like to force either the white mode blur or the dark mode blur (one of these 2 would be enough, considering the current situation of Symfonium)

I’d like an official answer on this, as it might have slipped past you. This is a feature request after all. Thanks!

Hi, I’d like to know if I need to make a new feature request for a blur vertical overlay on the Row display mode for home page components.

… No I won’t implement and you should probably stop spamming on requests and start to say thanks on all the ones implemented

Thanks for the reply, I just wanted confirmation that the replies were being read. The thanks will come in about a day or 2, whenever I publish the V2 of the Apple Theme (that you made possible!)
