Add an option to bring back the pre-14.0.0 color to top bar subtitles

Feature description:

I don’t know the exact timing, but since some 14.0.0 beta the subtitle color changed. Right now, there are only Default, Primary & Tertiary with no option for the half-transparent/gray color like it used to be before.

My use case in the Rock Solid UI+ theme was dependent on this behavior; phone version is mostly fine but the tablet landscape was directly affected.

Brought benefits:

Bringing back the previous behavior where needed. It also makes sense for the view hierarchy as colors are much more effective at differentiating than the font size alone.

As you can see, the Orangestar, IA artist subtitle is now much more brighter/white like the title above when it used to be much more transparent/gray.

The background is slightly different since it now uses the Animated Glow instead of Blur, but everything else should be the same.
