Add a "not" to the smartplaylist "is in playlist"

Feature description:

If you have a large media libary and want to get a general selection of songs but maybe without your sesonal things, so i would propurse a “is in folder” and a “is not in folder” and add to the is in playlist a “is not in playlist” fot the smartplaylist

Problem solved:

I cant exclued playlists so there is none

Brought benefits:

You have morr controll over your smartplaylist

There’s already in / not in for folders.

Next release will have the not in for playlists too.
